Submission Grappling, No Gi BJJ

Submission Grappling (No Gi BJJ) brings together a combination of techniques from other combat sports and martial arts ranging from Folk Style wrestling to BJJ, Judo, Sambo and Catch Wrestling.  Submission Grappling is a No-Gi form of martial arts meaning it is practiced without the use of the traditional martial arts uniform.  In addition to this difference Submission Grappling also allows techniques which are generally illegal in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  The most well known of these moves being neck cranks and heel hooks.  Submission Grappling is a faster form of grappling that is fun to train and helps to develop a different set of skills that will improve your all around grappling  abilities.
